Typically, we find that one specific service is not always the best product for the client, therefore in many scenarios we tend to merge one or two aspects together to ensure we produce the most relevant and practical report for the clients chosen scenario. Building Surveys / Vendor Surveys

A detailed building survey is an invaluable document for a property whether you are a prospective landlord, tenant, or owner occupier. We provide a variety of bespoke reports with a detailed and comprehensive format, inclusive of user-friendly summary pages and itemised action/query lists that can be used by your agent or legal advisors. Our experience across both dilapidations, technical due diligence and project management allows us to ensure a comprehensive analysis of the property is made to give invaluable and detailed advice.

Contract Administration / Project Management

Within the last 4 years we have contract administrated a total project value of £5.6M ranging from single project values from £40K to £2.6M. These projects require an important level of commitment and focus throughout the project period and constant liaison with the client/contractors/sub-contractors and occupants. Through our dedicated approach to project delivery and excellent client care, we thrive in this environment to ensure we deliver the best level of service. Our projects have predominately ranged from industrial estates, to residential blocks and a large private school in Greater London. With all our project work to date, this has resulted in repeat work from the existing clients.

Defect Analysis

Whether you are a tenant, landlord or owner occupier, it is more common than ever to encounter an issue in a property that needs addressing. In recent years this has typically been focused around water ingress issues, roof defects and window defects. With our extensive technical knowledge and our breadth of specialists to turn to, we can help narrow down the issues, provide options and solutions to overcome the problem.
